PRESENTATION OF THE EXCHANGE
Description of activities, objectives reached, and outputs
I liked the inclusion of informal education and the linking of European culture with Muslim culture, for example (I am referring to a specific project called Peace of Art, specifically Youth Exchange), where we learned about local dances during cultural evenings, participants cooked their traditional foods, and for me it was a beautiful connection.
Specifically, I am taking away the ability to organize tasks better, and I also see how important it is to have managerial skills in a leadership position (which, in my experience in Verona, not everyone has), so I am motivated to take such a course myself one day. What I like about the project is that it is not necessarily only for entrepreneurs, but also for those who would like to start their own (non-profit) organization one day, which is my case.

QUOTES
The exchange showed me that people are capable of handling much more than they think. I thought about this a lot during my stay, especially when I didn't receive the support from my superiors that one would expect in a foreign country. At the same time, this exchange expanded my network of contacts, not only in the non-profit sector, and improved my networking skills. Thanks to the exchange, I got to visit interesting places, such as the Anna Lindh Foundation meeting in Tirana, which was beneficial for me as a graduate of international relations. For the first time in my life, I visited Romania, and for the first time, I tried facilitating part of a youth exchange program in Camposilvano, Italy. I had many such "firsts" during the project.
