PRESENTATION OF THE EXCHANGE
Description of activities, objectives reached, and outputs

During this entrepreneurial exchange, I was integrated into the Host Entrepreneur’s team, where I gained practical experience in digital marketing, content creation, and international market development.

I worked on the creation and localization of marketing materials for the Italian market, including guides, visual content, and videos for social media platforms. I also contributed to the management of social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok) and participated in the analysis of campaign performance, particularly through Meta Ads.

I was involved in influencer outreach and coordination, mainly for the Italian market, and supported the expansion of communication activities in other European markets such as France and the Netherlands.

Additionally, I had the opportunity to interact directly with clients through calls, supporting both customer communication and sales activities, and to take part in B2B outreach and partner engagement.

Throughout the experience, I received guidance from the Host Entrepreneur on marketing tools and strategies, while developing both technical and entrepreneurial skills in a real business environment.
              QUOTES

“This experience taught me that entrepreneurship is not only about ideas, but about execution, adaptability and continuous learning. During my exchange, I realized how important it is to be proactive, take initiative and make the most of every opportunity, even when things do not go exactly as planned. And trust me it's not always easy, but you must do it.

Working in a real business environment allowed me to understand both the creative and operational sides of marketing, as well as the importance of communication with clients, partners and team members. One of the most valuable lessons was learning how to adapt to different situations and find practical solutions.

My advice to other New Entrepreneurs is to stay curious, be flexible and not be afraid to step out of their comfort zone. Even small tasks can become valuable learning opportunities if approached with the right mindset.  Finally, try to build real connections during your experience: networking and relationships can be just as important as technical skills for your future path.”
