PRESENTATION OF THE EXCHANGE
Description of activities, objectives reached, and outputs
Fatma joined Parafora through the EYE programme to gain practical entrepreneurial experience while developing her own UGC business concept, BrandKin. During the exchange, she worked closely with our team on digital marketing and creator-led growth, including identifying and managing micro-creators, negotiating collaborations, developing creative briefs and coordinating marketing activities.
The experience gave Fatma practical exposure to B2B sales, customer acquisition, pricing and startup operations, while allowing her to take increasing ownership within the marketing team. In parallel, she continued developing BrandKin and was selected as a finalist for a pre-seed startup programme in Istanbul. The exchange was a valuable two-way collaboration, with Fatma contributing her creator-marketing expertise while gaining practical experience in building and growing an early-stage business.

QUOTES
Use the EYE exchange to test your ideas in a real business environment, not just to observe. Take responsibility, ask questions and learn how different parts of a business, from marketing and sales to pricing and operations, work together. The most valuable outcome is to leave with stronger entrepreneurial skills, practical experience and clearer next steps for your own business.
