During my Erasmus for Young Entrepreneurs experience in Barcelona, Spain, I had the incredible opportunity to work alongside Poligest, a dynamic and innovative company. Inspired by my passion for social impact and youth empowerment, I embarked on a journey to create an organization aimed at supporting refugees, facilitating Erasmus activities, conducting mobility projects for youth, and offering evaluation services for organizations and firms. With the invaluable support of the Ankara Chamber of Commerce back in Turkey, I was able to turn my vision into a reality. Through dedication, collaboration, and determination, I am proud to share the success story of how our venture has positively impacted communities, empowered individuals, and fostered meaningful change.
Activities undertaken
During my Erasmus for Young Entrepreneurs stint in Barcelona, I collaborated closely with Poligest, focusing on developing my business plan and gaining invaluable insights into entrepreneurship. With their guidance, I honed my ideas for an organization aimed at supporting refugees, facilitating Erasmus activities, and providing evaluation services. Additionally, I assisted Poligest in creating a robust monitoring and evaluation system to enhance their operations. Together, we engaged in brainstorming sessions, conducted market research, and exchanged expertise to lay the groundwork for both ventures. This collaborative effort not only propelled me towards the start of my startup journey but also contributed to enhancing Poligest's internal processes, fostering a mutually beneficial exchange of knowledge and skills.

Through my Erasmus for Young Entrepreneurs experience with Poligest in Barcelona, I gained invaluable insights into entrepreneurship and the development of my business plan. The mentorship and support provided by Poligest accelerated my progress towards launching my startup, empowering me to refine my ideas and establish a solid foundation for my venture. I also had the chance to connect with new entrepreneurs, organizations from my field and build new networks that will help me in achieving mt start-up, Additionally, by assisting Poligest in creating their monitoring and evaluation system, I contributed to improving their operational efficiency and effectiveness. This collaboration facilitated a rich exchange of knowledge and skills, enhancing both my professional growth and the capabilities of Poligest. Overall, the experience resulted in mutual benefits, including the advancement of my entrepreneurial journey and the optimization of Poligest's internal processes.
