Participating in the Erasmus for Young Entrepreneurs (EYE) programme provided an opportunity to strengthen entrepreneurial skills while developing professional autonomy and self-confidence in an international context. Through an immersive placement within a small-scale, environmentally oriented enterprise in England, this experience combined practical involvement, mentoring, and exposure to local economic ecosystems.
This entrepreneurial exchange contributed to both professional and personal development by enabling the participant to:
1. Contribute to service development and customer experience improvement within a sustainable business model.
2. Strengthen entrepreneurial skills through hands-on involvement in project design, event organisation, and operational activities.
