Description of activities, objectives reached, and outputs

On October 21, 2024, I began my four-month exchange in Verona, Italy, hosted by ORIEL APS. My main goal was to gain practical experience in Erasmus+ project management, improve my entrepreneurial skills, and expand my network within the European mobility framework. Throughout this program, I had the opportunity to engage in real-world project development, work with international teams, and apply my knowledge in a dynamic setting. This experience significantly contributed to my growth as an entrepreneur and provided me with invaluable insights into running and managing successful projects. Starting from scratch, I progressed to a level where I could independently write and submit my own project proposal.

Activities undertaken 

During my exchange, I participated in various activities aimed at strengthening my entrepreneurial and project management skills:

• Attended Erasmus+ project meetings and observed international collaboration dynamics.

• Gained hands-on experience in project proposal writing and financial management.

• Conducted research and helped develop new project ideas for ORIEL APS.

• Assisted in participant management and event organization.

• Led social media strategy improvements, creating a brand book and expanding ORIEL APS’s presence on platforms like LinkedIn and TikTok.

• Successfully submitted a Youth Exchange project proposal as a concrete outcome of my learning process. These activities allowed me to develop practical skills and build a strong foundation for my future entrepreneurial projects.

Benefits achieved  

Through this program, I gained essential project management and entrepreneurial skills, which will be instrumental in developing my own youth organization. Some key benefits include:

• Enhanced project proposal writing and implementation skills.

• Expanded professional network within the Erasmus+ and youth work sectors.

• Practical experience in financial management and impact assessment.

• Improved digital communication strategies and branding expertise.

• Gained confidence in leading and managing international projects. The most significant achievement was transforming my ideas into actionable projects, strengthening my capacity to create a lasting impact in the youth sector. Starting from zero, I reached a level where I could confidently write and submit my own project proposal, marking a crucial milestone in my entrepreneurial journey.
