During the EYE exchange, the New Entrepreneur (NE) had the unique opportunity to collaborate with a renowned dessert business in Krakow, Poland. This experience merged traditional dessert-making expertise with modern consultancy practices, enriching the NE's entrepreneurial journey. Key activities included a tour of the production facility, shadowing staff, conducting customer surveys, and developing marketing strategies focused on sustainability. The exchange provided valuable insights into operational excellence, customer engagement, and sustainable business practices, equipping the NE with practical skills to enhance their consultancy startup.
