On February 6, 2024, I embarked on the adventure of a lifetime - I went to Turkey to work on international projects. Since I was young, I've always dreamed of changing the world and leaving my mark. By embarking on this adventure, I had the opportunity to collaborate with international organizations and companies that allowed me to understand how important it is to experience a global work environment. Understanding how individuals from different cultures interact, communicate, think, and solve problems is extremely important in a constantly changing world where globalization is at the forefront. In practical terms, I can say that this experience has developed in me something of utmost importance in the 21st century, global competence.

In parallel with this process of personal development and global competence, MB Education Organization Consulting Company believed in my abilities and put my innovation, spirit of sacrifice, and work capacity to the test. As such, during these months, I had the opportunity to develop proposals for different types of actions within the Erasmus+ program and the European Solidarity Corps program. Specifically, I was part of teams that developed projects for the Volunteering Teams in High Priority Areas Health (VTHPA) call, for the Capacity Building in the field of youth call, and for the European Youth Together action.

Finally, throughout this process, I also had the opportunity to integrate a team that is managing and monitoring a KA210 project within the Erasmus+ program. All of these aspects allowed me to acquire knowledge and key competencies to one day create my own organization and work with different funds and financing. I believe that if my experience were longer, I would have the opportunity to learn more about other programs and how to manage projects of various sizes.
