Description of activities, objectives reached, and outputs

Diasozousa Anna, a new entrepreneur, first developed an interest in entrepreneurship during her university years. Recognizing the importance of international experience, she applied for the Erasmus for Young Entrepreneurs programme. Through this opportunity, she aimed to gain firsthand knowledge of how successful businesses operate abroad, not only from a business perspective but also in terms of relationship-building and networking. Her goal was to broaden her entrepreneurial vision and approach her future ventures with fresh insights. Her host entrepreneur, Anna Maria, is the CEO of Exeo Lab Srl, a consulting firm specializing in EU programs, business internationalization, and business development. With extensive expertise in supporting SMEs and startups, Exeo Lab provided the ideal environment for Anna to immerse herself in the complexities of business growth and international collaboration.

Throughout the exchange, both the host entrepreneur and the new entrepreneur engaged in a series of collaborative activities. They began with a joint research phase, focusing on EU planning and funding opportunities. This was followed by the development of a project idea, where Anna contributed innovative approaches to project design, enhancing efficiency at Exeo Lab. She also worked on improving networking and promotional strategies, helping expand the company’s client and partner database while simultaneously identifying potential collaborators for her own future business. The exchange aimed to lay the foundation for long-term collaboration beyond the program itself. Anna applied modern project design techniques and design thinking to project management, particularly within Erasmus+ and training programs. 

Several key milestones were achieved during the exchange. She gained practical experience in customer service and support, bringing fresh insights into new EU funding project ideas. Her contributions also facilitated successful cooperation and networking agreements. A deeper understanding of EU programs and funding mechanisms will be instrumental in the further development of her business, particularly in identifying potential Italian partners for her Know-Ty project. At the same time, the host entrepreneur benefited from Anna’s support in strengthening networking efforts, leading to the identification of five potential partners in Greece and the conceptualization of a new project proposal.
