I tried to give opportunities for the young entrepreneur to acquire important skills he will need to run his small business in his country. Since we are a multicultural small business in Budapest (we are working together: Hungarians, Italians, Romanians, I think we gave him a new prospective on how can work a small business abroad, in a multicultural environment; and how this diversity can improve the offer bringing something fresh and new for the market.
I think this program helps the participants to learn from each other and increase experiences.
