PROFILE OF THE ENTREPRENEURS
Guido Bruzzi, Architecture.
The Erasmus for Young Entrepreneurs program is a huge opportunity for me to be part of an affirmed Architectural Study, which would enable me to start my professional career with greater awareness of the mechanisms that enable this type of business to work.
In order to complete my knowledge in this field, I think it is crucial to have an experience abroad, this will allow me to know a different reality from what I have encountered so far, to improve my skills from so many points of view, to confront professionals from all over Europe, to know the away in which an affirmed study works.
Sara De Giles, Morales de Giles Arquitectos S.L.P., Architecture, Seville (Spain).
We wish to participate as an experimented Host Company in the “Erasmus for Young Entrepreneurs” programme, because we have received some proposal from young talents architects to do theirs internship and co-operate with us through the Young Entrepreneurs Programme.
It has been important to understand what are the ways to become acquainted, to expand, to reach and consolidate your customers; how to coordinate the whole workgroup, how to distribute the forces within it; how to arrange the times for delivery simultaneously projects in different parts of the country or Europe; how economically a study run, how all the complex bureaucratic aspects that characterize it are handled.
The idea of sharing knowledge and work (we as an experienced architects, and them as young architect) interest us at the moment that the young architect have already finished their studies and can profit more their knowledge through the internship work experience and research. As university’s professors, for us is more grateful the work relations with young architect than students because the internship experience become a real practice of their real work, and not only just a basic learning process. Their objectives are different and more intensive.
