HE was looking for a young entrepreneur who could work with the team to plan training sessions and youth exchanges, as well as assist in forging new alliances with other NGOs around the European Union.

Description of activities, objectives reached, and outputs
The exchange program embodies the ethos of my envisioned NGO, dedicated to empowering young people. It serves as a dynamic platform for cultural immersion, skill development, and mutual understanding among youth from various backgrounds. Through workshops, exchanges, and collaborative projects, participants engage in transformative experiences, fostering leadership, empathy, and cross-cultural competence. This initiative aligns with the broader mission of my NGO, aimed at nurturing resilient, inclusive, and socially aware youth leaders poised to positively impact their communities and the world.
Activities undertaken
During the exchange program, a myriad of activities were undertaken to facilitate cultural immersion and youth development.
