My whole experience on the Erasmus for Young Entrepreneurs was unforgettable. First 2 months I had the chance to visit Spain as a guide for students on the weekends while during the week I have seen and learned how the company really works. I learned a lot of useful skills, even during the quarantine, working remotely. I am really grateful I did a lot of research regarding tourism in Spain and because of this experience, this is helping me build a strong foundation for my business plan.

A lot of my skills have improved or have been discovered during this internship. From marketing, to sales department, I was managing the entire trip activity of the company. The various pallets of activities made me learn how to manage every task, to focus on priorities and to have time to fulfill all by creating a daily routine. Mr. Shaz helped me improve my individual working skills, along with many others by letting me work in different departments and giving me the responsibility to take care of sales and clients (students).
