PRESENTATION OF THE EXCHANGE
The participants of the exchange were Yuri Babets and Barış Arat, founder of Akvaryum. They came together In Zaporizhzhia, Ukraine thanks to EYE. During their time together, they worked on developing new solutions for customer problems and promoting the existing services and products to potential customers. Business development activities consisted of working with developers, meeting with customers and gathering feedback. They conducted market research for both local and foreign markets. According to the results of the research, a new promotion strategy was developed. Website and marketing activities were updated accordingly. After the local market implementation, they focused on expanding the activities to the Turkish market. Adoption of services and translation of the documents followed. Marketing scripts and an initial contact list was written. At the end of the process, the new entrepreneur became ready to launch the service of host entrepreneur in the Turkish market.
